A commission is paid to Dargle Farm when you on-sell your van and or annexe on the property. As you are using our asset (being the property) to sell your asset (your van and or your annexe) your asset is worth more if it is sold on our property due to the location and presentation of the park. If your van was out on the street it would not have the same value so we expect to be compensated for that.
If you are not in agreement to paying a commission, then the van/annexe needs to be removed from its site and be sold elsewhere, ensuring that it doesn’t return to Dargle.
